The not-so-long-anticipated sequel to the Repurposed Radiance beat tape I dropped last May. Like that first tape, Repurposed Radiance, Vol. 2 is based heavily around a stylistically consistent foundation of chopped up soul music primarily drawn from chicano soul/r&b/oldies joints, which is then repurposed (as the title explains) into some smooth instrumental hip hop. The tape is also thematically consistent with all of the vocals from the samples being drawn from love songs, so it's fitting the release date ended up being right before Valentine's Day. I really hope y'all enjoy this tape as much and more than you did Repurposed Radiance 1 last May.

"they come for us" is my favorite track to write to and beatbox to on this album but all the tracks are hella clean and reminds me of my one trip to NY and taking the subway and seeing all the graf writing everywhere and handing random CD mixes that I made to random people back in 2002.
